The Strategy Shop
The Strategy Shop provides advice and services for the planning and management of change. We are consultants to management, with particular emphasis on strategic planning. We help to clarify objectives and advise on how to achieve them. We also help to implement the appropriate changes.
Our work is based on four key principles:- leadership in strategy development,
- custom-built methods and consultant teams,
- quality in client servicing, and
- practicaland useful reports.
It is our belief that the key to successful implementation of change is the quality of prior strategic planning. If the strategy is right, implementation is straightforward.
